What You'll Do
- Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to each guest's individual needs.
- Provide customized facial treatments and skincare services using professional products and protocols.
- Educate guests on treatment plans, homecare recommendations, and wellness benefits.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and guest retention.
- Promote spa services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms and work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to create an outstanding guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Florida.
- Active Esthetics (Facial Specialist) License in the state of Florida.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and product recommendations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness and skincare goals.
- Desire to build and grow a successful book of business.
